Engineers qualified to work on PLS lifts will be required to attend a training course.
This course will involve both hands on and written test. Once qualified, each engineer will receive an authorisation card.
This card will show details of which products the engineer is trained to work with, complete with expiry dates for each model.
All engineers must attend another training course in order to extend the expiry of their qualifications.
